I started crocheting in August 2023. I taught myself with YouTube tutorials from Simply Daisy, starting with tiny squares and some very
tense shoulders.

It started as a hobby on night shift, that I desperately needed to take my mind off work and stop myself burning out.

Eventually I had such a collection of
yarn and plushies that I decided I needed to start selling them, it was taking up way too much room.

Fast forward to today, I have my own small business, a website I put together myself and am working on my social media presence.

It's a great ride, and I am grateful for all the support from everyone around me that has made running Purple Grape so much fun!
